USA - Florida. A jury sentenced Shawn Rogers to death.

15 December 2017 :

A Santa Rosa County jury has unanimously recommended that convicted killer Shawn Rogers be sentenced to death. Rogers, 36, Black, was convicted of beating and stabbing his Santa Rosa Correctional Institution cellmate Ricky D. Martin on March 30, 2012. Rogers was already serving a life sentence at the time he killed Ricky D. Martin. Judge John Simon has not set a sentencing date.
