Mohamad Rasool Chawlaki, 25, was allegedly hanged on 13 November in Ilam prison. Hengaw reports this news in its year-end report on executions in Kurdistan in 2019. The man, of kurdish ethnicity, was accused of murder. The news is not confirmed by other sources.
