According to Iran HRM, a prisoner, identified as Isa Bashgardi, was hanged in the prison of the city of Minab on January 23 for drug related charges.
The People's Court of Dak Lak Province on April 21, 2026 sentenced a 38-year-old man to death for murder, robbery, and illegal use of military weapons after convicting him of killing his wife and two of his in-laws at the first-instance trial.
