Rasul Safarzaei (Safarzai), Obaidullah Safarzaei (Abdullah Safarzai), Habib (Habibullah) Sarani, and Behzadi (unknown name).
According to IHRS, on Monday, January 30, 2023, three Baloch prisoners, including two brothers, were executed on charges related to drugs in Kerman prison. The names of the executed prisoners were Rasul Safarzaei (Safarzai), 50, Obaidullah Safarzaei (Abdullah Safarzai), 34, and Habib (Habibullah) Sarani, 44. A fourth man, that Haalvsh identified only as “Behzadi”, was also executed.
Both the imprisoned brothers were married and fathers of several children. Rasul Safarzaei the father of 4 children and Abdullah Karim Safarzaei and father of three children.
