February 2017: according to Sudan Vision, the General Counselor, the Prosecutor of Darfur Crimes Court has affirmed that the court is going a head in performing its legal mission to uphold the right and establish justice values. He outlined in a press report that two cases were settled, the first one was in a special court at Ad Dain town headed by Judge Nayel Ahmed Al Sidig, the judge of the General court  whereby the sentence was issued on the suit number 5410/2016 under articles 10-5-6  of the law of combating terrorism  and articles 142-21—168-182 of the criminal law and articles 26-42  of the arms law and the plaintiff is  O A and the sentence  of hanging by the neck until death was issued  against the first and the second  accused  and set free of the third accused , confiscation of the pickup land cruiser  car in favor of the government of Sudan and compensate the plaintiff and the victim  at  the civil road for the sums robbed from them  and the value of the damaged made by the perpetrators on the police car
