INDIA: 11 DANDUPALYA GANGSTERS GET DEATH PENALTY

in Bangalore, India, judge H R Srinivas of the special court conducting trials in the Dandupalya gang cases sentenced 11 members to death. Krishan alias Dandupalya Krishna, Doddahanuma, Venkatrama, Munikrishna, Kothi Thimma, Venkatesh alias Chandra, Munikrishna, Nalla Thimma, Thikka Muniyappa, Krishnudu and Dandu Palya Krishna's wife Lakshmi were convicted in 14 cases. They were wanted in connection with the murder of a sub-inspector in Raibahuddur police station.
