King County Superior Court Judge Gregory Canova formally imposed the death penalty on Conner Schierman. A jury sentenced him to death (see May 5) for aggravated murder and arson for setting fire to the house where his neighbors Olga Milkin, her two young sons and sister were killed on July 17, 2006. Schierman, 28, white, must be transferred to the state penitentiary within 10 days of being sentenced to death.(source: Bellevue Reporter, 28/05/2010)
