Circuit Judge Steven L. Price sentenced Ricardo Serrano to death three times for the close-range shootings of 37-year-old Melody Dang and her sons, 15-year-old Steven and 12-year-old Jimmy. On March 11 (see) a jury unanimously recommended the death penalty after finding Serrano guilty on 10 counts of aggravated murder in the Nov. 3, 2006 shootings. Investigators said Serrano suspected Dang's live-in boyfriend was having an affair with his wife.
