A jury has recommended the death penalty for Ricardo Serrano. In late February, a jury found Serrano, 34, hispanic, guilty on 10 counts of aggravated murder in the Nov. 3, 2006 shooting deaths of 37-year-old Melody Dang and her two sons, ages 15 and 12. Investigators said Serrano suspected Dang's live-in boyfriend was having an affair with his pregnant wife. The death penalty recommendation is expected to be finalized by a judge next week.(source: Associated Press, 11/03/2010)
