Judge John Haas has sentenced James Mammone three times to death. The man was convicted of aggravated murder for the June 8th murders of his three-and-five-year-old children, and his 57-year-old ex-mother-in-law. On a separate charge of arson the court also added an additional ten year sentence to the three death sentences. (see also Jan. 20).(sources: Fox8.com, 22/01/2010)
