Judge Charles Kubicki, Jr. has accepted the March 17 (see) jury's recommendation to impose the death penalty on Anthony Kirkland, 41, black, convicted of the May 2006 killing of 14-year-old Casonya Crawford and of the March 6, 2009 killing of 13-year-old Esme Kenney.(source: Associated Press, 31/03/2010)
