In Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court a three judge panel has sentenced Jeremiah Jackson, 30, black, to death. Common Pleas Court Judges Janet Burnside, Eileen A. Gallagher and Nancy Margaret Russo on April 1 had found Jackson guilty of killing Tracy Pickryl, 38, white, and trying to kill two others at a laundry on June 18, 2009 during a botched robbery attempt.(Sources.
