USA - Ohio. A panel of three judges sentenced Greg Osie to death

A panel of three Butler County Common Pleas judges sentenced Greg Osie, 48, white, to death for killing David Williams. Osie was convicted April 22 of aggravated murder in the Feb. 14, 2009 stabbing. The panel consisted of Common Pleas judges Noah Powers, Charles Pater and Patricia Oney.
