An Iredell County jury has recommended that Andrew Ramseur be sentenced to death. Ramseur, 21, black, was convicted of the Dec. 16, 2007 murders of gas station clerk Jennifer Vincek and customer Jeffrey Peck during an armed robbery, which was caught on surveillance video.(sources: Statesville.com, 07/06/2010)
