Circuit Judge William A. Wilkes sentenced David Martin, 24, white, to death. Judge Wilkes followed a December 2, 2009 Clay County jury's recommendation that Martin be put to death in the March 11, 2008 killing of Jacey McWilliams, 24, white.(sources: news4jax.com, 04/03/2010)
