Pinellas-Pasco Circuit Judge Joseph A. Bulone sentenced Richard T. Robards, 43, white, to death. A jury recommended the sentence on May 25 (see). Robards was convicted of murdering Linda and Frank Deluca, 59 and 60 respectively, both white, in their home on Aug. 1, 2006, in a botched attempt to steal money from a safe.(source: Tampa Tribune, 29/10/2010)
