Circuit Judge J. David Walsh sentenced Enoch Hall to die, as a jury unanimously recommended back on October 29 (see) for killing corrections officer Donna Fitzgerald with a prison-made knife at Tomoka Correctional Institution on June 25, 2008. Hall, 40, black, was already serving two life sentences for sex crimes when he assaulted Fitzgerald.(Sources: News-journalonline.com, 15/01/2010)
