15 April 2010 :
Judge Dan Vaughn sentenced Terry Marvin Ellerbee, 25, white, to death for the Sept. 21, 2006, killing of 72-year-old Thomas R. Dellarco. Ellerbee was convicted June 8 of entering the home of Dellarco and killing him with a single gunshot to the head. On June 15, a jury recommended that Ellerbee be put to death.(Sources: Okeechobee News, 29/01/2010)
