A Jacksonville jury recommended 10-2 that Randall Deviney, 20, white, be executed for the August 5, 2008 murder of Delores Futrell, 65, black. The jury's recommendation will be reviewed by Circuit Judge Mallory Cooper, who will formally sentence Deviney next month.(source: Florida Times-Union, 18/03/2010)
