A jury unanimously recommended the death sentence for Richard Roszkowski on three counts of murder for the Sept. 7, 2006, shooting deaths of his former girl-friend Holly Flannery, 39, her daughter, Kylie, 9, and 38-year-old Thomas Gaudet.
