Ventura County Superior Court Judge Rebecca Riley sentenced Randolph “Randy” Kling to death. He upheld the June 18, 2009 (see) jury’s recommendation. Kling, 52, has been found guilty of 2 counts of 1st-degree murder for shooting William “Bill” Budfuloski, 53, on Aug. 9, 2003, and his son, Michael Budfuloski, 31, on Feb. 24, 2004, in a plot to gain control of the older man’s business, Budco Fabrication Inc. in Lancaster.(sources: Associated Press, 26/02/2010)
