Sacramento County Superior Court judge Michael Sweet has ruled Aaron Dunn will die by lethal injection for the March 25, 2006 murders of 46-year-old Michael John Daly and 45-year-old Jon Johnson. On May 12 (see), a Sacramento County jury recommended the death penalty for Dunn, 33, white, who was found guilty on 2 counts of murder and 5 counts of attempted murder.(source: Fox News, 06/07/2010)
