USA - California. Judge Craig Parsons sentenced Alberto Alvarez to death

San Mateo County judge Craig Parsons formalized the Dec. 22, 2009 (see) sentence by ordering Alberto Alvarez to San Quentin's death row. Alvarez, 26, hispanic, received the death penalty for murdering police Officer Richard May on Jan. 7, 2006.
