A San Bernardino County jury recommended the death penalty for Jimmy Dale Kelley, 42, white. Kelly confessed that on Jan. 26, 2004, during a robbery, he shot and killed 48-year-old Patty Crevoisier, 44-year-old William Landers and 37-year-old Ward Phillips. Judge Brian McCarville set sentencing on Aug. 13.(source: Hi-Desert Star, 28/06/2010)
