USA - Arizona. A jury sentenced Donald Delehanty to death

A Maricopa County jury sentenced Donald Delehanty, 22, white, to death in the May 10, 2005 killing of police officer David Uribe, 48, hispanic. Sentencing will take place June 16 before Judge Warren Granville.
