Circuit Judge Jim Hill imposed the death sentence on Michael Brandon Kelley, 29, white. On Sept. 2 a St. Clair County jury had recommended the death penalty by a 10-2 vote for Kelley, convicted of capital murder in the November 2008 killing of Emily Milling, 23, white.(source: Montgomery Advertiser, 18/11/2010)
