Jefferson County Circuit Judge Gloria Bahakel, followed a jury's 10-2 recommendation, and sentenced Esau "Wolf" Jackson to death today for a shooting at a traffic light that left two people dead and two wounded. Jackson, 28, was convicted Feb. 2 of capital murder in the Feb. 1. 2006 deaths of Pamela Montgomery and Milton Poole III.(Sources: The Birmingham News, 16/03/2007)
