USA - Alabama. Judge David Kimberley sentenced Timothy Scott Boyle to death

16 March 2010 :

Etowah County Circuit Judge David Kimberley sentenced Timothy Scott Boyle, 25, white, to death for the Oct. 27, 2005 murder of 2-year-old Savannah White. Boyle was convicted of capital murder and on Nov. 16, 2009 (see) an Etowah County jury unanimously recommended the death penalty.
