MALAYSIA: MYANMAR SENTENCED TO GALLOWS FOR KILLING COUNTRYMAN

13 April 2010 :

Justice Datuk Wira Mohtarudin Baki of the Malaysian High Court sentenced Myanmar security guard Mohd Naki Mohd Yusuf, 44, to death for killing countryman Nowshad, 27, at Kajang on April 14, 2007. Yusuf's marriage was in trouble and his wife was allegedly close the victim. A witness saw Yusuf hitting the victim with an iron rod.
