April 21, 2025 - IRAN. Sajad (Sajjad) Emkani executed in Malayer on April 21

At dawn on April 21, the death sentence of a man was carried out in Malayer Prison, Hamadan province.

HRANA has identified him as Sajad (Sajjad) Emkani, or also Sajad Amkani, a Lor prisoner native of Malayer. According to information received by HRANA, Mr. Emkani had been arrested on a murder charge. As of the time of this report’s publication, the execution has not been officially announced by authorities.
