24/11/2025 - IRAN. On November 22 Iran surpassed 1,700 executions for the year
After 20 executions carried out on 19 November, 7 on 20 November, and 13 on 22 November, Iran has exceeded 1,700 executions since the beginning of 2025. According to the database of Hands off Cain, compiled by combining news from IHR Hrana and Hengaw, the three Iranian exile NGOs most active in reporting information on executions, on the morning of 22 November, executions reached 1,702. The following day, 23 November, the number had already risen to 1,712.
