VOTE ON A MORATORIUM ON THE USE OF THE DEATH PENALTY 2008

The draft resolution on a moratorium on the use of the death penalty was adopted, on December 18, 2008,  by a recorded vote of 105 in favour to 47 against, with 34 abstentions, as follows:
