The convicts include Nisar Khan, Umar Shehzad and Naeem Sajjad.
The accused strangled and killed a woman in the Taxila area in September 2020 after a gang rape. She was on her way to work from her home.
In September 2020, a case of indiscriminate killing of a woman was registered at Taxila police station. Special team including lady police officer was formed under the leadership of SSP Investigation.
Rawalpindi police using modern technology and human intelligence arrested the accused and challaned them with solid evidence.
