EU. PORTUGUESE PRESIDENTIAL SUPPORT FOR MORATORIUM REQUEST

at the beginning of the Portuguese term as EU President, Portuguese Justice Minister Alberto Costa said that in their Presidency, Portugal will strongly support the request for the Moratorium on capital punishment. Portugal intends to promote the position expressed on this issue by the EU and by the European Parliament.
