Mohammad bin Ghanem al-Fifi, a Saudi man, was beheaded by the sword in the southwestern region of Asir after he was convicted of fatally shooting a compatriot. It was alleged he shot and killed Saad bin Hussein al-Qahtani with a machine gun after a row between them.
